Our main role within the Claims Team is to ensure that you remember something good about an experience you would rather forget.

From the moment that the incident is reported to ourselves, you can be sure that we will be working for you. We understand the demands placed on modern businesses and what can happen when you are unfortunate to suffer an incident.

Claims can be reported in a number of ways and how we handle them can be tailored to your company's needs. Some clients may choose to report the incident directly to the insurer, whilst others may prefer for us to do that on their behalf.

Our clients can contact us within office hours to discuss the progress of an existing claim, or to simply receive advice from a member of the Claims Team. Alternatively you can inform us out of hours via email, or phone, fax and normal mail. We will then get back to you.

Our Claims department is able to deal with all incidents reported by our clients. These could range from a minor road incident to a large industrial incident. We will make sure the correct personnel are appointed and that any outside expert we propose has been approved by ourselves. We pride ourselves on the relationship that we have with our clients, and we would like to make sure that any company appointed acts as an extension of us, providing the same level of service.
